Get a lifetime warranty on the frame of your new bike.You only have one month from purchase to do so.

Registration of the user and the bicycle purchased by him/her in the form below provides that user with a unique customer ID and the warranty of TABOU Sp. z o.o. warranty for the bicycle frame under the conditions specified in the warranty. The granting of the ID and warranty will be confirmed in a separate message sent to the e-mail address given in the form.

  1. The warranty gives the purchaser a 36 month warranty for the purchased bicycle from the date of purchase. Additional lifetime warranty for the frame (except KIDS, BMX bikes) after registration on www.tabou.pl within 1 month from the date of purchase of the bike - applies to the first owner. The warranty is valid in Poland.
  2. The warranty does not cover the following: bicycle adjustments, tightening of screw connections (wheel centering, elimination of play in screw connections, hubs and pedals), replacement of elements that undergo natural wear and tear in the course of their use, such as: tires, inner tubes, saddles, bulbs, brake linings, chain, cords, multi-sprockets, gear discs, suspension arms, shock absorbers, etc.
  3. The warranty does not cover faults that are the result of an accident or improper use of the bicycle, not according to its purpose.
  4. This warranty is invalid if the bicycle has been repaired by anyone other than an authorized service technician, if non-original parts have been installed, or if structural or material changes have been made.
  5. The user should perform operation, adjustment and maintenance in accordance with the operating instructions or have them performed by an authorized service center - otherwise the warranty is void.
  6. The buyer is obliged to have the product inspected by an authorised Tabou service centre, either after 100 km or within 1 month of purchase. If the inspection is not carried out, the warranty is no longer valid. If the bicycle is covered by the temporary warranty, it does not mean that the bicycle will survive this period in good condition. The warranty is not an assurance that the bike will not break down or will last forever. It only means that it is free from defects in materials and workmanship and is guaranteed under certain conditions for the duration of the warranty period.
